Thursdays, June 27 and August 1, 10:00-11:00am
Home Again Assisted Living Community, 110 Stuart Street
The Columbus Public Library and Home Again Assisted Living Community are partnering up again this summer for some wonderful opportunities in community literacy! Our neighbors who live at Home Again love books and reading. We invite children ages 8 and older to sign up to be a “reading buddy” and to read to a senior citizen who lives at Home Again.
This reading program will take place at Home Again Assisted Living Community, located at 110 Stuart Street, Columbus, WI 53925. Parents are asked to stay on site with their child(ren) for the duration of the program. Reading buddies, their parents, and their seniors will have time to socialize with a snack after everyone finishes their books. Please contact Miss Helen, Youth Services Coordinator, at helen [at] columbuspubliclibrary.info (helen[at]columbuspubliclibrary[dot]info) for more details.
