For sisters Jen and Julie Orchard, dairy farming is a labor of love that has spanned seven generations. Their Guernseys trace back 15+ generations to their grandfather’s herd. Embark with them on a culinary adventure at the “Art of Butter: From Pasture to Palate” presentation. Learn the history and significance of this craft, including Wisconsin’s unique grading process, and culinary applications for improved cooking and baking. Will include a tasting of award-winning butter from this local Columbus farm.
The program will take place in person at the library. Registration is preferred for in-person attendance because of limited space: Register Here.
