Online via Zoom
Attendees meet online via Zoom in a group setting, where they discuss the basics of mindfulness and share conversation with likeminded people. Each week, the group discusses a section of a book they have chosen to study. Those who have not had the chance to read the section ahead of time should still be able to follow along with the discussion. The book changes every few months and may be available in the adult section of the library (see the library website for the current book). Sign up here
