The Library will be providing information on this year’s Fire Prevention Week theme: “Smoke alarms: make them work for you!™” The 2024 Fire Prevention Week theme “reinforces the critical importance of smoke alarms and what’s needed to install, test, and maintain them properly.” Activities and coloring sheets will be available in the downstairs children's area.
We will have a special storytime Wednesday, October 9th at 10:00am with Columbus Fire Department Public Education Coordinator - Captain Nathan Barnes on fire safety and the importance of preventing fires at home.
