In the Lower Level Meeting Room
Author and cooking instructor Huma Siddiqui in back with us, this time in person! She will prepare a Pakistani fish stew with Sajji Masala and basmati rice cooked with cilantro, whole cumin, cloves, cardamoms and lime. As Huma says, “Food is a unique bridge between cultures. The power of food and culture is the common thread in every part of the world.” We are so glad to have her here in person so we can all smell this amazing dish!
